VOLUNTEER / INTERNSHIP

This program provides volunteers with work placements in Community Projects, Small Scale Industries, Public Institutions and Non-governmental organisation (NGOS) in South Africa, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Senegal, Mali, Botswana, Tanzania, The Gambia, Uganda, Malawi, Kenya and Swaziland. This program provides students or non students, professionals and non professionals with hands-on-experience and helps them to see and understand more about different culture in Africa.Most often these participants are placed with host family. There is an option for individual dwelling. STAESA has very strong partnership arrangements with institutions in South Africa and other African countries in a wide range of fields. Our volunteers/interns work in schools, media houses, orphanages, women and development organization, hospitals, HIV/AIDS homes and construction projects.
