Job description

This company is an AI-powered B2B competitive intelligence platform designed to empower marketing and product teams. We make it easy and affordable to automate competitor tracking, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions with multi-source data monitoring. As a fast-growing digital startup, we value initiative, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.

Activities

  • Create, schedule, and publish original content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute our first social media strategy.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience interests to inform content creation and positioning.
  • Draft clear, on-brand copy and visuals aligned with our guidelines.
  • Build and engage our social audience from zero, including outreach to potential customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Support partnership initiatives by identifying and engaging relevant organizations or collaborators via social and digital channels.
  • Assemble competitor insights reports by monitoring industry players, summarizing actionable findings for our content marketing and social storytelling.
  • Monitor and respond to conversations across platforms, providing prompt and friendly customer engagement.
  • Track social KPIs and recommend optimizations for growth.
  • Stay current with social platform updates and best practices.

Preferred profile

  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Interest in digital marketing, partnerships, and competitive intelligence.
  • Basic familiarity with core social media tools and content formats (experience with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus but not required).
  • Analytical mindset able to synthesize competitor findings into clear, actionable reports.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn—comfortable working remotely.
  • Creative, with an eye for storytelling and detail.
  • Available for 10–20 hours/week over a minimum 3-month period.
