€ 1000 per monthThe salary is paid monthly. Free accommodation and three meals per day are provided by the employer. Erasmus+ grant may be combined with the internship remuneration, depending on the sending institution.
nternational Animation Club (operated by BLOO d.o.o.) offers a structured traineeship program in tourist animation and hospitality in Croatia.
With more than 30 years of experience in tourism and entertainment, we provide young people from across Europe with the opportunity to gain practical experience, develop professional skills and become part of an international team in one of Europe’s most popular tourist destinations.
This traineeship combines learning, mentoring and real work experience in a supportive and well-organized environment.
Activities
Participation in a structured training program in tourist animation and hospitality
Assisting and gradually leading leisure, sports and recreational activities
Supporting children’s animation programs and creative workshops
Participation in evening entertainment programs and guest interaction
Working as part of an international team under the guidance of experienced mentors
Preferred profile
No previous work experience is required.
We are looking for motivated students who are interested in tourism, hospitality and working with people. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to teamwork in an international environment are essential.
Good communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
